We Provide excellent development service to property owners. We achieve this by efficiently providing planning, designing, construction documents, permitting, budgeting and observation. We can provide all of these services the whole way through fruition in a cost conscious environment.

Our clients are individual, couples, or small groups with a desire to develop or improve a piece of real estate. Our clients may or may not know what they need, including the steps necessary to achieve the goal. They may be very versed in development or this may be their first experience with a construction project. Our company's commitment is to provide the consultations to allow our clients the opportunity to realize their dreams.

Graduating with a certificate in construction management and architecture from Santa Rosa Junior College; Paul has been working in the civil structural engineering field since 1997. He has handled projects that range from foundation reviews, site reviews all the way up to complete property development involving multiple phases. Paul has a particular expertise with code enforcement and is great at determining how to legalize or remove violations to keep you out of trouble.

Janver Holly, began working in construction at age 17. Throughout college Janver continued to work in construction part-time. He started Holly Construction in 1984 as a means to the end of finishing school. Janver Holly has continued to be active with various Sonoma County youth and charitable organizations.
